The Connection Project Campaign

Charlotte’s Coffee House is a Dubuque, Iowa staple that breeds “regulars”. From Gen-Z to Boomers, the regulars make up the most loyal group of coffee loving individuals. We created three part short film series that highlights how Charlotte’s Coffee House not only connects people, but makes them want to keep coming back.

The Connection Project campaign includes a three part series “Charlotte’s: A Love Story” that shows the meet cute of a couple who meet at Charlottes and become regulars as well as a website that shows the real life connections made through the coffee house.

We interviewed regulars who met their partners or friends through Charlotte’s and added a forum where people could submit their own stories.

We then made the Instagram feed match this idea of human connection and show why Charlottes Coffee House is full of “regulars”.

This Is Charlotte Campaign

Charlotte’s Coffee House is named after Charlotte Miller, the owner’s late mother. The campaign was created to answer customers’ frequent question of “Who is Charlotte?”
