This Is Charlotte Campaign

Charlotte’s Coffee House is named after Charlotte Miller, the owner’s late mother. The campaign was created to answer customers’ frequent question of “Who is Charlotte?”

The Connection Project Campaign

Charlotte’s Coffee House is a space where people meet to blossom a new friendship, reconnect with family, and get to know coworkers. The Connection Project campaign was captures the ability Charlotte’e’s has to connect people over a cup of coffee. Included in the ca sign is a three part series “Charlotte’s: A Love Story” that shows the meet cute of a couple who meets at Charlottes as well as a website that shows the real life connections made at the tables in the coffee house.

Chapter One: “The Meet Cute”

While trying out a new coffee shop, a guy eyes an attractive woman sitting at the table across from him. Is he smooth enough to win her attention?

Chapter Two: “Hope You Get This”

Spiced Chai girl and Hot Chocolate guy’s connection begins to brew as they continue to cross paths at Charlotte’s. Will their relationship pick up steam?

Chapter Three:”Can I Join?”

Hot Chocolate guy is shocked to find another man sitting in between him and Spiced Chai girl. Has he spilled his chance for love?
